Following the success of the first Club Soda in Canggu Bali, we were asked how to bring the brand to the captital Jakarta.

Its savy market and competitive landscape needed a special execution to have impact.

Interior design explored showcasing more of the essence of the Club Soda brand, bringing the best of Bali’s venue and amplifying it.

Craft cocktails innovate beyond expectation using in-house fermentation techniques, use of local ingredients, packaged canned drinks, exceptionally creative and very contemporary.

The food menu takes it cues from East Asia regions with a yakatori grill on the open kitchen bar, small plates of noodles and other very tempting dishes. Programs of food pop ups, collaborations and events support the bar ongoing.

Whilst only recently opening in January 2024, Club Soda Jakarta has already become a major cultural-influencer in Jakarta’s bar and nightlife scene.

Sell out events, media coverage, significant interest from 3rd party brands and collaborations, and a strong loyal following are just some indicators for it’s continued success.

We took all the key ingredients of the brand and venue experience from the first venue in Bali and re-edited them for a larger venue.

Featuring a split floor layout, showcase bar and kitchen, VIP room, upgraded music brand, sound system, event programing, new technology installations and innovations, multiple artist artwork commissions, retail space and brand collaborations, cutting edge interior design with custom furniture, showcase jar’ wall feature and ‘flexing spirit’ wall installation.

Upgraded the music brand and soundsytem concept with custom speakers, ingreated LED screens with interactive content, VIP booth to provide privacy for groups with electric glass and ‘music video’ inspired seating booth.
